1. Added threading so the program no longer looks like it's gone non-responsive 2. Added a spinner to be shown when it's getting the files and folders, disappears upon completion.

1. Accidentally deleted one of the delegates for expanding the trees, have put them back now. 2. Now set it so that when you have signed in it automatically gets the files and folders.
